Our client are seeking a Workday Payroll Specialist to be responsible for providing expert-level support for the Workday Payroll module. You will troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, perform system configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for post-production support related to Workday Payroll.

Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, including but not limited to payroll calculations, tax configurations, and integrations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

Conduct thorough testing of payroll system enhancements and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

Assist with the configuration and maintenance of payroll-related business processes, reports, and security roles within Workday
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, preferably in a support or functional role.

Workday HCM or Payroll certification is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Proficiency in analyzing payroll data and identifying trends or anomalies.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
