Our client are seeking a Workday Payroll Specialist to be responsible for providing expert-level support for the Workday Payroll module. You will troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, perform system configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-production support related to Workday Payroll.

  • Investigate and resolve payroll system issues, including but not limited to payroll calculations, tax configurations, and integrations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of payroll discrepancies and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct thorough testing of payroll system enhancements and updates to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Assist with the configuration and maintenance of payroll-related business processes, reports, and security roles within Workday

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Workday Payroll, preferably in a support or functional role.

  • Workday HCM or Payroll certification is highly desirable.

  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in analyzing payroll data and identifying trends or anomalies.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
