ServiceNow Architect

Our client is a leading consulting firm with over two decades of experience in serving the government sector. They are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their team in Virginia and provide support to a key federal customer. This position presents an exciting opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• As the ServiceNow Architect, you will assist in migrating data from legacy systems to the ServiceNow platform.

• You will customize and configure ServiceNow modules based on client requirements.

• Offer expert guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and features throughout project stages.

• Design and oversee dashboards, reports, and workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

• Conduct upgrades and implement patches to the ServiceNow system as needed.

• Provide user support, including training and account management.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow deployment.

• Develop and upkeep detailed technical documentation.

Skillset:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of seven years of practical experience in ServiceNow administration.

• Public Trust clearance required or ability to obtain.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
