Our client, a leading IT Solutions provider that support Fortune 500 enterprises and government bodies, are hiring ServiceNow Developer with expertise in Salesforce CPQ Integration to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will assume a crucial role in crafting, innovating and executing state-of-the-art solutions for the organization’s clientele, ensuring flawless synergy between ServiceNow and Salesforce CPQ.

Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ functionalities.

  • You will gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

  • Configure ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Change Management and Release Management to meet business needs.

  • Develop custom applications, workflows and scripts in ServiceNow to streamline processes and enhance user experience.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with Salesforce CPQ using APIs, web services and middleware solutions.

  • Maintain technical documentation, including design documents, specifications and test plans.

  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of solutions.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout projects.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

  • At least five years of experience in ServiceNow development, specializing in IT Service Management (ITSM) modules.

  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its seamless integration with ServiceNow.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other pertinent web technologies utilized in ServiceNow development.

  • Experience working with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integration purposes.

  • A solid grasp of ITIL processes and industry best practices.
