Business Systems Analyst

Our client, an IT services organization serving Fortune 1000 companies, is hiring a Business System Engineer Analyst for a contract position in Irvine, CA. The successful candidate will collaborate with ITSM administrators, system administration and key stakeholders to develop solutions, manage updates and implement configuration changes.

Responsibilities:

• As the Business System Engineer Analyst, you will work closely with ITSM administrators to develop solutions and manage configuration changes.

• You will analyze and interpret requirements from System Administration and key stakeholders, translating them into viable solutions.

• Provide ongoing support for business needs through configuration, implementation and collaboration with business and IT teams.

• Engage in discussions with Business Analysts and contribute to the design of Functional Design Documents.

Qualifications:

• Mid-level engineering proficiency with expertise in Reporting & IT Service Management.

• Skilled in API methods, HTML, webhooks, file parsing, UI/UX product development and UATesting.

• Familiarity with FreshService and openness to acquiring knowledge of NEXLA Middleware.

• Effective collaboration abilities with ITSM administrators and cross-functional teams.

• Capability to translate business requirements into tangible solutions.
