Full Stack Devloper (.NET, React)

Our client is an established Information Services organization and they are hiring a Full Stack Developer to join their team on a contract basis in Virginia. The successful candidate will be involved in operating, maintaining and enhancing their bespoke web application built with .Net and React on AWS.

Responsibilities:

• As the Full Stack Developer, you will maintain and enhance their Portal web application, ensuring its continuous improvement and functionality.

• You will update and optimize the company’s portal’s design to enhance scalability, resilience and cost-effectiveness.

• Manage architecture artifacts and system documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.

• Act as a representative for the team in Architecture Review Board sessions.

• Enhance logging, monitoring, and alerting capabilities to ensure efficient system management.

• Ensure ongoing compliance with FISMA standards for maintaining ATO.

• Implement NIST 800-53 internal controls to renew ATO and enhance system sensitivity.

• Develop and oversee DevOps pipelines to streamline development processes.

• Construct data infrastructure in AWS using Terraform for efficient management and deployment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in crafting, developing and maintaining tailored web applications utilizing .Net, React, HTML and CSS.

• Skilled in crafting and erecting secure web applications and microservices.

• Experience within Agile Methodologies and SQL.

• Proven capability to articulate and uphold Application Architecture in front of regulatory entities.

• Proficiency in erecting CI/CD pipelines, preferably leveraging Azure DevOps or Gitlab.

• Hands-on involvement in designing and erecting Cloud infrastructure in AWS.

• Knowledgeable about FISMA security review and ATO procedures.
