ServiceNow Developer (Secret)

Our IT services and consulting client, supporting government organizations and commercial clients, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join their team on a contract basis in Washington DC. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in HRSD and their ability to build ServiceNow reports, dashboards and homepages to assist in creating applications and workflows in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

• As the ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible to design and develop scripts, workflows and integrations to create custom applications in ServiceNow.

• You will analyze functional requirements and provide high-level estimates for configuration/customization.

• Troubleshoot errors in the ServiceNow configuration.

• Support the testing and implementation of ServiceNow development.

• Configure ServiceNow solutions and integrate them with client HR systems.

• Engage with customers to understand and document requirements.

• Participate and contribute to design and code reviews.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Secret Clearance is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or comparable industry experience.

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Certified Application Developer or Certified Application Specialist is a must.

• Minimum of ten years of experience in IT/cybersecurity. 

• At least three years of experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration and/or development of ServiceNow.

• Strong background in the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery module.

• Expertise building ServiceNow applications and workflows.

• Minimum of six years of application programming experience.
