Our client is on a mission to create a more sustainable world and they are hiring a Senior Remedy Consultant to join their team on a contract basis on help them towards this goal. The successful candidate will serve as a technical expert, responsible for administering and developing the company's Remedy products and solutions.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Remedy Consultant, you will act as the senior technical expert for the organization’s Remedy-based products and solutions.
Manage and administer Remedy services, focusing on performance and capability monitoring.
Ensure continuity of operations through proactive system management.
Perform monthly or as-needed patching of applications.
Support database maintenance activities, including backup/recovery, service pack updates, patches and optimization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an IT-related field and/or a combination of experience and education.
Eight years of hands-on experience in Remedy administration, design, and development.
Proficient in Remedy environments on Microsoft Windows and SQL.
BMC Certified Administrator: BMC Remedy AR System 7.5 or higher.
Holds a baseline certification: DoD 8570 IAT II certification, Security+.
Possesses one of the following DoD approved certifications: GSEC, SSCP, CCNA-Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), CASP, GCIH, GCED.
Proven technical lead experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
