Our client, a global consulting services organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping the solutions delivered, co-creating go-to-market strategies, driving innovation in ServiceNow solutions and ensuring the ongoing growth of their business.


  • As the ServiceNow Architect, you will develop client roadmaps to identify and nurture new opportunities for client services and ServiceNow license sales.

  • Present proposed solutions to potential clients, clearly and understandably explaining the technical details.

  • Lead the design and creation of innovative ServiceNow solutions that align with the client’s go-to-market strategy.

  • Establish our organization as thought leaders by building the Practice brand throughout the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Mentor and coach individuals for greater responsibilities and create tailored growth plans for those in need.

  • Design implementation frameworks and plans to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

  • Support marketing and sales teams in crafting effective go-to-market strategies.


  • US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).

  • 12 or more years of experience implementing or architecting ServiceNow and similar SaaS solutions.

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect or Certified Master Architect.

  • Certified in one or more additional mainline certifications, with preference for: Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Human Resources, Customer Service Management, IT Service Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Software Asset Management or Hardware Asset Management.

  • Experience writing ServiceNow delivery proposals, conducting oral presentations, delivering ServiceNow solution demonstrations and engaging with prospect and client leadership.

  • Vast experience across numerous parts of the ServiceNow platform and with commonly integrated third-party technologies.

  • Excellence in designing and leading complex solutions and integrations.

  • Excellent understanding of system architecture and design principles.

  • Strong technical leadership skills and a desire to take on additional responsibilities.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
