Our client is an Elite ServiceNow Partner and a reliable ServiceNow managed service provider. They are hiring a ServiceNow ITSM Architect to join their team on a contract basis, where you will be responsible for architecting, implementing and enhancing solutions that enable organizations to reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

  • As the ServiceNow ITSM Architect, you will develop and deploy comprehensive automated solutions leveraging the ServiceNow Platform, Core System and Applications.

  • You will offer advanced expertise and client support within the IT Service Management (ITSM) Suite.

  • Inform and advise clients on the diverse offerings accessible through the ServiceNow ITSM Suite.

  • Architect, create and transition legacy solutions to the ServiceNow ecosystem.

  • Execute Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence strategies, customizing workflows, managing tickets, automating processes, generating reports and dashboards, and configuring systems.

  • Implement Agile methodologies for software development adjustments to the platform and applications.

  • Coordinate and prioritize development tasks, liaise with vendors and management and potentially supervise additional administrators.

  • Ensure seamless integration of solutions with other systems by assessing dependencies, relationships and integration points.

Skillset:

  • Extensive functional and technical expertise in ServiceNow, encompassing platform navigation, administration, configuration and scripting.

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Development.

  • Proficiency in Virtual Agent and Predictive Intelligence applications.

  • Background in either software development or IT Service management.

  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices in IT Service Management.

  • Understanding and application of Agile methodologies in software development.

  • Possession of ServiceNow Admin (or higher) certifications.

  • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

  • Certification as a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

  • ITIL certification is desirable.
