Our client are a leading health insurance provider in Germany, at the very start of their ServiceNow Journey. The company recently implemented the product and require a technical expert to help maximise the instances, for the benefit 40,000+ employees. 


  • As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements as a Subject Matter Expert

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and CMDB.

  • Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs and client scripts.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services and other integration methods.

  • Perform unit testing, system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides and release notes.

  • Provide support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including monitoring and performance tuning.



  • Degree in (business) IT, business economics or related field.

  • Experience with applications and processes in ServiceNow or similar software.

  • Basic understanding of ITIL standards.

  • Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Powershell, PHP, JavaScript, C) and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).

  • Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML) and relevant tools.

  • Strong communication skills and customer focus.
