Our client are a leading health insurance provider in Germany, at the very start of their ServiceNow Journey. The company recently implemented the product and require a technical expert to help maximise the instances, for the benefit 40,000+ employees.
Responsibilities:

As the ServiceNow Developer, you will design and develop custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements as a Subject Matter Expert

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog and CMDB.

Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs and client scripts.

Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems using APIs, web services and other integration methods.

Perform unit testing, system testing and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides and release notes.

Provide support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, including monitoring and performance tuning.
Qualifications:
-
MUST BE FLUENT GERMAN.

Degree in (business) IT, business economics or related field.

Experience with applications and processes in ServiceNow or similar software.

Basic understanding of ITIL standards.

Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Powershell, PHP, JavaScript, C) and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).

Knowledge of data formats (JSON, XML) and relevant tools.

Strong communication skills and customer focus.
