Our client is a leading IT Services company and they are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join their New York team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible to design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions that align with the company’s vision and revenue goals.


  • As the ServiceNow Architect, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure ServiceNow solutions align with the organization’s vision and revenue targets.

  • Design and implement comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, encompassing service catalogs, incident management, problem management, change management, and custom workflow creation.

  • Oversee the migration of processes and data from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, develop business cases, and craft tailored ServiceNow solutions.

  • Engage with both existing clients and new prospects to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities.

  • Work with internal teams to create go-to-market strategies, campaigns and co-selling initiatives with ServiceNow and other partners.

  • Assemble and lead pursuit teams, including Pre-Sales engineers, solution architects, marketing, and delivery personnel.


  • Around 15 years of experience in technology sales, specializing in ServiceNow or similar enterprise service management platforms.

  • Proven track record of collaborating with senior leadership to align ServiceNow solutions with organizational objectives.

  •  5-10 years of technical sales expertise, specifically in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, or related fields.

  • Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales and revenue targets.

  • Experience in developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies and campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Holds a minimum of 2+ Sales and/or Pre-Sales Accreditations from ServiceNow.

  • Strong experience with ServiceNow platform services, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, ITBM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, GRC, and Security Operations.

  • Proficient in scripting and automation within the ServiceNow environment.

  • Experienced in managing the migration of processes and data from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

  • Capable of facilitating workshops and providing thought leadership to clients and internal teams.
