Our client are a leader in the Facilities Services sector and they are hiring a ServiceNow Application Developer to join the team in Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing development, support and maintenance of the organization’s enterprise IT Service Management solution, along with ServiceNow’s related modules, data integration and servers.
Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Application Developer, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and enhancing their ITSM ServiceNow platform, including handling inbound support requests and enhancements related to the ITSM.

You will work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement new solutions and automations to support evolving business functions.

Reviewi and design upgrades for deprecated functionalities, implement process improvements, optimize instances with the latest services and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Work with business stakeholders to evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for new business processes as needed.

Manage all audit-related processes, continuously monitor changes for exceptions and address issues as they arise.

Create and maintain custom reports and table views, both scheduled and ad-hoc.

Support annual audit activities by generating reports, writing custom search queries and conducting research to track user access history and behavior.

Adhere to IT Application Development Standards to maintain code integrity, generate test scripts, and follow strict change and release management protocols.
Skillset
-
A relevant degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator, ideally within a large or public company.

Experience with Cloud Solutions (Azure preferred), JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML, CSS, jQuery, AngularJS, Bootstrap, DLAP, JDBC, XML, REST APIs, JSON, SSO, and ServiceNow scripting and automation.

Practical knowledge of Application Change Control Protocols.

Capability to interface with customers of different technical backgrounds to gather requirements and resolve support tickets.

Strong knowledge of process and workflow design.

Ability to prepare user-friendly documentation based on technical concepts.

Comfort in working with contractors and vendors for projects and complex problem resolution.

Knowledge of change and release management processes.

ServiceNow Certified Administrator certification preferred, but not required.

Willingness and ability to work onsite 3 days per week at their Pennsylvania HQ.
