Our client, an IT Services & Consulting firm within the Federal sector, are hiring Call Center Representatives to join their team. The successful candidates will be at the forefront of addressing the needs of key customers by delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Responsibilities:

  • As the Call Center Representative, you will respond accurately and professionally to inquiries and provide solutions via phone, chat, email, or other written correspondence.

  • Take ownership of customer inquiries, utilizing sound judgment and available tools to resolve issues during the initial contact.

  • Achieve department productivity and performance metrics, maintaining consistent and regular attendance.

  • Record customer interactions and cases in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

  • Engage in continuous training to become fully proficient in resolving all customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma.

  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.

  • Proficient with technology, capable of navigating multiple screens or web browsers simultaneously.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Flexible availability to cover multiple work schedules.

  • Preferred experience in contact centers, chat messaging, TRICARE customer service and military connectedness.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong data entry and documentation abilities.
