Senior NetSuite Manufacturing Consultant

The Senior Consultant plays a vital role within the delivery team, focusing on gathering and analyzing business requirements, managing requirements, designing functional solutions, prototyping, designing processes (including scenario design and flow mapping), conducting testing, delivering training, establishing support procedures, leading work streams, and supporting NetSuite implementations.

Core Responsibilities:

NetSuite Implementation and Deployment:

• Collaborating with the delivery team, you will be tasked with understanding business needs, managing requirements, designing functional solutions, prototyping, designing processes (including scenario design and flow mapping), conducting testing, delivering training, establishing support procedures, leading work streams, and ensuring successful system deployments.

Consulting Expertise:

• Apply industry experience, business analysis, best practices, and a pragmatic approach to meet the complex requirements of clients.

Preferred Expertise:

• Proficiency in Advanced Manufacturing, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Work-In-Progress (WIP) & Routings is particularly valuable for this role.

Solution Customization and Deployment:

• Tailor and implement solutions that meet specific industry business processes, management practices, regulatory standards, and other unique business needs.

Functional Design and Application Requirements:

• Develop comprehensive functional requirements that inform application design.

Detailed Solution Development:

• Design, develop, and rigorously test detailed functional components and prototypes for business solutions.

Testing and Optimization Leadership:

• Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Business Process Mapping:

• Facilitate on-site and remote sessions with new clients to map business processes and gather configuration requirements.

Documentation and Solution Proposals:

• Prepare detailed Business Requirements and Technical Scoping Documents based on the mapping sessions, proposing solutions for client approval.

Customization and Issue Resolution:

• Develop and test customized, scripted solutions and address any issues that arise during configuration.

Post-Implementation Support:

• Provide ongoing support post-implementation to enhance user adoption and optimize system configuration.
