Our client is an AI-driven startup focused on leveraging automation to remove monotonous tasks. They are hiring a talented Product Manager to join their team in California and contribute to their mission of redefining human-machine interaction.

Responsibilities

As the Product Manager, you will work closely with the founders to refine the product vision and formulate a comprehensive product strategy.
You will identify value propositions, target customer segments, address pain points, and devise pricing and go-to-market strategies.
Develop a detailed product roadmap that includes requirements, user stories and product specifications.
Oversee product launches, covering positioning, onboarding, support and performance metrics.
Collaborate effectively with design, engineering and Go-To-Market teams to ensure successful product delivery while managing OKRs.
Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition, engagement and retention.

Skillset

Relevant Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of experience in product management.
Demonstrated success in developing products within a startup setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with AI/ML products.
Background in enterprise software is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with workflow automation or AI products is a bonus.
