Our client are a leading IT consulting firm known for delivering innovative solutions that enhance productivity. They are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the team in Washington D.C. and be responsible for designing, developing and implementing advanced solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

As the Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will manage and enhance their ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM and SPM.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into effective technical solutions, driving continuous service improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to software applications.
Research, test and coordinate the integration of new products based on client needs.
Address issues related to systems integration, compatibility and multiple platforms.
Consult with project teams and end users to identify and document application requirements.
Conduct feasibility analyses for potential future projects and providing strategic recommendations.
Evaluate and recommend software packages, integration, and testing tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
Over 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including modules such as ITSM, ITFM, HRSD, ITOM, PPM and SPM.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification.
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.
Strong experience with ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting.
Ability to Troubleshoot production issues related to software applications
Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
