Senior ServiceNow Architect
Our client are a global consulting company and they are hiring a Senior ServiceNow Architect to join the team in Virginia on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading the implementation and technical strategy of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring smooth integration with external systems and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- As the Senior ServiceNow Architect, you will oversee the implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions to fulfill customer business needs.
- You will cultivate a deep understanding of the project’s technical parameters and steer the development team toward best practices.
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to design, construct, document and test ServiceNow solutions.
- Offer continuous technical feedback and guidance to the development team.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the ServiceNow application meets business requirements.
Qualifications:
- Over 8 years of experience in implementing or architecting ServiceNow solutions.
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow modules like Service Portal, App Engine, SPM and HR Service Delivery.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Holds three or more additional mainline certifications.
- Experience with expertise in IT systems/application development, operations or maintenance.
- Extensive experience with various ServiceNow platform components and integrations with third-party technologies.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, design principles and ServiceNow best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar.
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder required due to federal contract conditions.
- Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
