Job Title: Cyber Security Consultant
Location: Dublin (hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)
Contract: 3-Month
Day Rate: €400-550

Our client, a global consulting firm, are looking for Cyber Security Consultant for a 3-month day rate contract based in Dublin. This role is critical in enhancing the security posture across Microsoft environments, Azure cloud, and Linux systems. There is potential for contract extension based on project requirements and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Azure Security

• Linux Security

• Patching & Vulnerability Management

• Security Monitoring & Incident Response

• Documentation & Reporting

• Collaboration

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Security Suites, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender, Azure Security Center, and related tools.

• Strong expertise in Azure security, including IAM, network security, and compliance management.

• Proficiency in securing and managing Linux environments

• Experience in patch management and vulnerability assessment across multi-platform environments.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, RHCE, or CompTIA Security+ are desirable.
