RBAC Specialist (Identity & Access)

Location: South Holland, Netherlands
Contract Duration: 6 months+
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week)

Our client, a leader in the food & drinks industry, are hiring an experienced RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) Specialist to join their team in South Holland on a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. The successful candidate will responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining RBAC systems that ensure secure, scalable and efficient access to resources within the organization. This role requires proficiency in both English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• As the RBAC Specialist, you will design and implement RBAC systems to manage access to organizational resources.

• Define roles, permissions, and access policies that align with business and security requirements.

• Maintain and update RBAC configurations as organizational needs evolve.

• Ensure that RBAC practices adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct regular audits of access control systems to identify and mitigate security risks.

• Work with compliance teams to support internal and external audits.

• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements and ensure RBAC solutions meet business objectives.

• Provide training and support to end-users and administrators on RBAC processes and best practices.

• Communicate complex RBAC concepts to non-technical stakeholders in both English and Dutch.

Skillset

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in RBAC or access control roles.

• Proven track record of implementing and managing RBAC systems in medium to large organizations.

• Strong knowledge of RBAC frameworks and security principles.

• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) tools and technologies.

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR).

• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
