What will you need to be successful? 

As the Principal Product Manager you will be working with cross-functional teams scoping problems for clinicians around EHR data systems that can be solved with AI software. 

1. Communication:

  • One of the most valuable skills of PM’s in this org. Articulate communication is a clear factor for those who are successful in Product management here.
  • From communicating to technical teams to Clinicians having a clear and structured way of communicating will help you accel in this role

2. Data Science or ML Product build Experience or Knowledge: 

  • You know how AI, Data Science or ML products work (like LLMs products). This will help you bring impact quickly.

3.Clinician or Patient Healthcare Experience:

  • You have prior experience working with EHR data or clinical patient care products that have helped clinicians or clinics provide better care

4. Accountability and Entrepreneur Spirit

  • Extreme ownership of your domain is the essence of the product management team here. Everyone treats their problem domain areas as mini businesses Having that accountability and spirit will help you exceed in this role.
  • Strategic thinking so you can scope out problems, build product roadmaps and think ahead when devloping software for clinciians.
