Our client, a growing AdTech company, are hiring Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Generative AI to join the team in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will head the development of innovative multimodal AI systems, and will also drive the advancement of cutting-edge computer vision techniques, generative models and AI research.

Responsibilities

As the Senior ML Engineer, you will design and develop advanced generative AI models with an emphasis on multimodal outputs and sophisticated computer vision techniques.
You will conduct pioneering AI research to discover and implement innovative solutions utilizing generative models.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services, ensuring peak technical performance and alignment with user needs.
Utilize deep technical expertise to address complex AI challenges and drive product innovation.
Remain up-to-date with the latest AI/ML advancements, assessing and integrating new tools and frameworks.
Champion responsible AI practices, advocating for ethics including transparency, diversity and privacy.

Skillset

At least 5 years of experience in backend software development within a dynamic tech environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, building, and deploying Machine Learning models in production environments.
Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks, including PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow and Hugging Face.
In-depth knowledge of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques, with a focus on computer vision models and GANs.
Extensive experience with LLMs and diffusion models, such as Stable Diffusion, Llama, Mistral, and LoRAs.
Proven ability to experiment with and deploy existing open-source generative models in production systems.
Skilled in curating synthetic data and optimizing ML models for hardware, including GPU optimization.
