Our client, an established IT Services firm specializing in the federal sector, are hiring talented ServiceNow Business Analyst to join the team in Boise, Idaho. The successful Candidate will be play a pivotal role in implementing and enhancing the organization’s Service Management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will engage in the design, testing and deployment of Service Management and Service Integration solutions within the ServiceNow Platform.

  • Perform comprehensive data analysis during projects to deliver detailed requirements for developers, facilitating effective configuration and customization.

  • Support the collection of core configuration requirements, translate these into design models and oversee the overall implementation process in partnership with developers.

  • Document and capture customer and service provider requirements, develop solution approaches and manage the implementation process with developers.

  • Design and conduct training programs and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Assist delivery teams in resolving issues and improving service delivery on the ServiceNow Platform.

  • Document and capture customer and service provider requirements, create solution approaches, and manage the delivery process in collaboration with developers.

  • Identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions to address these issues.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.

  • ITIL Foundation+ Certification required.

  • Over 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow ITSM.

  • Familiarity with Scrum Methodology.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts with project stakeholders, including clients and internal team members.

  • Advanced analytical skills for assessing information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and breaking down complex information into detailed components.

  • Skilled in facilitating requirement gathering workshops and delivering training to clients and internal team members.

  • Proficiency with industry-recognized technologies to support work environments.

  • Experience in effective communication across all organizational levels, including senior management.

  • US citizenship is required due to federal government regulations.

Salary: $80k – $105k DOE
