Our client, an IT & Business Consulting firm, are hiring a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert to join the team in Virginia. The successful candidate will deliver expert guidance and support, lead intricate ServiceNow implementations and providing strategic leadership on high-level executive projects. 

Responsibilities

  • As a ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible to provide guidance and expertise to stakeholders.

  • Operate independently or collaboratively to gather requirements, design scoped app solutions and execute testing and deployment within the enterprise system.

  • Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered while offering expert analysis, research and advice on intricate ServiceNow-related issues and processes.

  • Direct technical strategy for executive-level project teams, offering interpretations and alternative solutions for ServiceNow implementations.

  • Manage specialized and advanced technical tasks involving the latest technologies.

  • Serve as a consultant across multiple ServiceNow projects, offering leadership and technical direction.

Skillset

  • PhD, Master’s or Bachelor’s degree coupled with 4-6 years of experience working with ServiceNow.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large ServiceNow implementations, including database design and optimization.

  • Proven track record in leading and managing performance across multiple disciplines and effectively resolving issues.

  • Ability to provide expert guidance to senior technicians, managers, and contractor teams.

  • Experience with AWS and/or C2S, along with the implementation of at least four ServiceNow modules.

  • Compliance with DoD 8570 or equivalent information assurance certification (IAT II+).

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.

  • ServiceNow Product Line Certification for Administrator.

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
