Our client, an AI-driven company revolutionizing healthcare, is hiring an AI Engineer to join their team in California. The successful candidate will drive the creation of sophisticated predictive models and generative AI applications, with the goal of enhancing the patient experience and achieving better health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

As the AI Engineer, you will be responsible to design machine learning models and generative AI applications to tackle real-world challenges in patient engagement and workflow automation.
You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
Integrate, normalize and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights that enhance patient experiences and health outcomes.
Utilize machine learning and statistical techniques to develop high-performing predictive models.
Convert complex quantitative analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Skillset

Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science or similar.
Over 7 years of experience in designing and developing ML, deep learning, NLP and generative AI solutions, with a focus on healthcare applications.
Expertise in data science tools, ML frameworks, and programming languages (Python, R, SQL).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
Strong preference for experience in developing applications utilized by patients and/or clinicians.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
