Our client, a leading innovator in the biopharma industry, is hiring a Signals User Support Engineer for a 3-6 month contract in Cambridge, MA. The successful candidate will provide essential support with software issues, troubleshooting, installation and upgrades for Signals Notebook software.

Responsibilities

As a Signals User Support Engineer, you will be tasked to adjust, customize and configure Signals Notebook settings.
Deliver outstanding support and onboarding for Signals Notebook users.
Diagnose and resolve software issues effectively and efficiently.
Manage and oversee software installations and upgrades.
Collaborate with the development team to address and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
