Our client is an award-winning AI-driven company transforming the customer service industry. They are hiring a Head of Sales/CRO to join their team in Dublin and play an important role in shaping the company’s future. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing the sales strategy, building a high-performing sales team and driving significant revenue growth.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Sales, you will create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with company goals.
You will be responsible to recruit develop, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies and sales materials.
Track sales metrics, deliver accurate forecasts and oversee the sales budget.

Skillset

Strong experience leading a sales function through Series A to Series B+ funding stages.
At least seven years of sales experience, including more than three years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of surpassing sales targets and driving substantial revenue growth.
Expertise in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to convert market insights into effective sales strategies.
