Our client is a Gen AI-focused business who are revolutionizing the Healthcare industry. They are continuing to build a world class team of Engineers and Leaders and are hiring a Senior Front End Engineer who has a background in building scalable and efficient SaaS systems to head up their Front End Development team in San Francisco.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Front End Engineer, you will take ownership of front-end development for one or more products and collaborate with designers and product managers to launch new and improve existing products.
Lead the design and architecture of complex front-end systems to ensure scalability, reliability and security across all operations within a healthcare environment.
Mentor junior developers, lead frontend development teams, and contribute to strategic planning to improve frontend systems and practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, data scientists and backend developers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality alignment.

Skillset

Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
Minimum of six years working in Front-end development.
Track record in designing and implementing high availability Front-end SaaS Solutions.
Strong understanding of System design.
Agile development methodology.
Strong experience with open web technologies to build high performant user interfaces.
Experience of working in the Healthcare sector is a bonus.
Experience of leading a team of remote developers is desired.
