Alldus are working with a leading ServiceNow company specializing in delivering innovative solutions to clients across various industries. They are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with a focus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to join their client-facing team in North Carolina. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic direction, and ensure that the solutions delivered by the team meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary technical advisor for clients, helping to translate their business needs into effective ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM solutions.

Architect ServiceNow solutions that are tailored to each client’s unique requirements, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

Provide strategic guidance to clients on how best to leverage the ServiceNow platform, particularly within ITOM and ITAM, to achieve their business objectives.

Work with project managers and development teams to ensure that project deliverables are on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Offer insights and troubleshooting support to development teams, ensuring that solutions are implemented correctly, even though you are not directly involved in hands-on development.

Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends in ITOM and ITAM, advising clients on potential upgrades or enhancements.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Develop comprehensive architectural documentation and provide training to both clients and internal teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, particularly in ITOM and ITAM, with a strong background in client-facing roles.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in ITOM or ITAM preferred.

Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, especially within ITOM and ITAM modules. Familiarity with ITSM modules is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships and effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Proven ability to design and implement strategic solutions that align with business goals and client requirements.

Previous experience working in a consultancy environment is highly desirable.
