Our client is revolutionizing the customer experience and they are hiring a German-speaking ServiceNow Solution Consultant to join their team in Bayern, Germany on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices while leveraging the out-of-the-box capabilities of ServiceNow to deliver exceptional service to key clients.

Responsibilities

  • As a ServiceNow Solution Consultant, you  will implement, configure, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for clients.

  • Your priority task will be within Request Management while supporting other core processes like Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management.

  • Design and build a comprehensive Service Catalog, including Catalog Items, Catalog Variables, Order Guides and Sequential Order Guides.

  • Set up and configure the Employee Center following best practices.

  • Customize and optimize OOTB flows, approval processes and use Flow Designer for custom workflows.

Skillset

  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.

  • Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM) required.

  • In-depth knowledge of the OOTB Request Management process (REQ > RITM > SCTASK) with a strong focus on best practices.

  • Skilled in configuring and optimizing the Knowledge Base for improved usability.

  • Expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management, with a solid understanding of OOTB processes.

  • Ability to apply best practices for core ITSM functions.
