ServiceNow Developer

Our client is an innovative business consulting firm seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team remotely within the U.S. on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting ongoing implementation projects with U.S. Federal Government agencies.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow Developer, you will develop and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform while following industry best practices.

• You will translate functional and technical requirements into implementation stories for system activation and enhancements.

• Provide technical architecture solutions for Federal clients, considering process design and ServiceNow standards.

• Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow technical best practices and standards.

• Participate in Communities of Excellence, offering mentoring, implementation support and driving continual improvement.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of global delivery processes and the ITSM practice portfolio.

Skillset

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to U.S. Federal Government regulations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.

• At least eight years of IT experience, including a minimum of three years in deploying and configuring ServiceNow IT workflows.

• Demonstrated expertise in consulting, leading ITSM solution development and delivery.

• Experience with migrating and managing releases of the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong capability to advise clients on industry best practices for ServiceNow modules.

• Skilled in creating and maintaining reports and metrics on the ServiceNow platform.

• Experienced in ITIL, project management and coordinating multiple IT workflows.

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator and Implementation Specialist is a plus.
