Our client, a leading IT Services company, are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Architect to join their team on a contract basis. You will be working on two large ServiceNow projects with global customers, giving you the opportunity to make an impact on high-profile implementations. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility while allowing you to work with cutting-edge technologies and exciting projects.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Architect, you will collaborate with customers to implement scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions

• You will design and implement modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management

• Optimize IT infrastructure and cloud environments using automation

•  Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring high-quality delivery

Skillset

• 2+ years of proven experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions

• Expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and automation

• Ability to design and implement scalable and efficient ITOM solutions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Experience working with global clients is a plus
