Our client is an AI-driven company and they are hiring a Machine Learning Scientist to work full-time from their offices in New York. The successful candidate will design and build advanced machine learning systems to enable fully automated, closed-loop decision-making for large enterprises.

Responsibilities

As the Machine Learning Scientist, you will design, train, deploy and maintain machine learning models in production environments.
Leverage transformer models, deep learning frameworks and reinforcement learning techniques.
Balance rapid experimentation with the development of long-term, scalable solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement robust, scalable AI systems.
Drive innovation and contribute to the broader scientific community through research publications and open-source projects.

Skillset

Strong experience in training, deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
Advanced expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and Ray.
Expertise in developing and optimizing large-scale, high-performance machine learning systems.
Strong passion for AI, clean coding practices, and building scalable ML solutions.
Familiarity with active learning, reinforcement learning, causal inference, or online learning techniques is desirable.
Expertise in experimental design and Bayesian uncertainty estimation is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.
