ServiceNow Developer – Secret Cleared

Our client, a growing IT consulting firm, is hiring a Secret-cleared ServiceNow Developer to join their team in Maryland. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities, facilitating the deployment of new applications, enhancements and modules.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow Developer, you will execute customizations in ServiceNow, including Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, Business Rules and workflow administration.

• You will be responsible to design and improve UI, Workflow and Application features.

• Create comprehensive documentation for all development and configuration activities.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.

Skillset

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• Current Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in implementing, administering, configuring, and/or developing ITSM tools.

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, encompassing scripting, tool configuration, design, and deployment on the ServiceNow platform.

• Skilled in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, PHP, C, Java, Perl, HTML or HTML5.

• ITIL Foundations Certification is a plus.

• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification and Implementation Specialist Certification are nice to have.
