Our client, are an AI-driven company revolutionizing the healthcare industry, and they are hiring an Applied AI Engineer to join the team in Austin, Texas. The successful candidate will manage project planning and execution, working with multiple stakeholders to effectively navigate complex requirements.

Responsibilities

As the Applied AI Engineer, you will oversee project planning and execution, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to navigate complex requirements through strategic prioritization.
You will be tasked to deliver consistently high-quality, maintainable code while keeping up with the latest industry trends and tools.
Equip team members with the essential AI tools and processes, enabling them to address challenges independently.
Provide continuous, high-level support to engineers of all levels, sharing your expertise in software engineering best practices.

Skillset

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum of ten years experience working in the tech industry.
Proven experience in developing and supporting production-grade applications.
Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python and/or Go.
Proficient in modern cloud infrastructure stacks, preferably on AWS using Infrastructure as Code.
Familiar with Agile product development methodologies, including SCRUM, Kanban and Lean Startup.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
