Our client is a leader in data-driven innovation and they are hiring a Technical Account Manager – Storage Solutions to join the team in Dublin. The successful candidate will lead a transformation project for a prominent financial institution in the EMEA region, overseeing a complete refresh of their storage infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the key technical liaison between the client and customer, managing their technical relationship.

• You will oversee and drive a comprehensive refresh of the customer’s storage infrastructure.

• Lead the implementation of enterprise-class VSP storage arrays, management software, and File and Content solutions.

• Guide the client’s technology roadmap, ensuring smooth upgrades and change management.

• Serve as the subject matter expert for all technologies within the client’s environment.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure long-term client success.

Skillset

• Extensive knowledge of storage infrastructure technologies (e.g., Dell, IBM, HP).

• Demonstrated experience in enterprise environments and solution architecture.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and effective communication.

• Familiarity with related technologies, including VMware, Veritas and Brocade.

• Proven expertise in change management and troubleshooting in large-scale organizations.
