PeopleSoft Analyst

Our client are a global IT organization and they are hiring a skilled PeopleSoft Analyst with expertise in Tax, Finance, and Accounting to join the team in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will manage, configure, and optimize PeopleSoft Financials modules to ensure ensuring efficient financial operations and tax compliance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Financials modules, focusing on tax and accounting processes.

• Develop financial and tax reports for compliance and decision-making.

• Support tax compliance by automating tax calculation and reporting.

• Assist Accounting and Finance teams with system optimization for financial close processes.

• Identify and implement process improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide system support.

• Lead or participate in PeopleSoft system upgrades and enhancements.

• Maintain documentation and provide end-user training.

Skillset

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or similar.

• Minimum of five years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials.

• Strong tax, finance, and accounting experience.

• SQL, nVision or BI Publisher experience for reporting.

• Treasury experience (Cash Management, Banking) is desirable.
