IAM Business Analyst

Our client, a global IT organization, are hiring an IAM Business Analyst with NERC CIP certification to join the team in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will be responsible to gather business requirements, analyze IAM processes, and ensure compliance with NERC CIP standards for critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• As the IAM Business Analyst, you will be responsible to gather and document IAM requirements, ensuring NERC CIP compliance.

• You will be tasked to analyze and improve IAM processes to enhance security and efficiency.

• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams.

• Support IAM tool selection and implementation.

• Provide documentation and audit reports.

Skillset

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in IAM/security.

• NERC CIP certification required.

• Familiarity with IAM tools (e.g., Okta, SailPoint).
