Technical Writer – ServiceNow

Our client, a global digital transformation company, are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Writer to join the team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing clear, concise and comprehensive technical documentation – including guides, manuals and training materials – to support their cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow Technical Writer, you will create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including guides and training materials.

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete documentation.

• Simplify complex technical concepts for both developers and end-users.

• Communicate the technical aspects of APIs and cloud solutions, without direct involvement in development.

• Develop detailed documentation to support ServiceNow implementation and other enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven technical writing experience, ideally in cloud solutions, digital transformation or enterprise technologies.

• Ability to understand and explain technical processes like API operations, without needing coding skills.

• Strong attention to detail and experience collaborating with technical teams.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise solutions is a bonus.

• Skilled at communicating complex information clearly and concisely.

Salary: $100,000 to $150,000 DOE
