Our client, a leading IT Services company, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to join the team in New York on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing presales support, designing solutions and architecting innovative ServiceNow implementations, all while ensuring the delivery of effective solutions that align with client needs.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Architect, you will assist with presales support, solution design and architectural design.
You will liaise with business and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design comprehensive end-to-end solutions using the ServiceNow platform to address business needs while maximizing out-of-the-box features.
Develop technical architectures that consider scalability, performance, and security aspects.
Create thorough technical documentation detailing design decisions and implementation strategies.
Define and manage integrations with external systems using APIs, REST, SOAP, and other methods.
Ensure smooth data flow and consistency between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
Design data models and manage data sources within the ServiceNow CMDB and other core tables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices for ServiceNow solutions.

Skillset

Certifications such as Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), IT Service Management (ITSM), and any two Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
Demonstrated experience in solution design and architectural design on the ServiceNow platform.
Solid understanding of API integrations and data management within ServiceNow.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
Proven ability to mentor and guide development teams.
