Our client, an established IT Services organization, are hiring a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with skills in ITAM to join the team in New Jersey. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing ServiceNow platform capabilities across the ITAM, ITSM and ITOM modules.

Responsibilities

As the ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will be tasked to implement and configure ServiceNow ITAM, ITSM and ITOM modules.
You will customize workflows, forms, reports and integrate third-party software.
Liaise with customers to gather requirements and ensure ServiceNow configurations align with their needs.
Identify and resolve issues within customer ServiceNow environments.
Manage project timelines, meet customer expectations and achieve KPIs.
Stay current with new ServiceNow offerings, certifications and industry trends.
Deliver high-quality documentation while adhering to the company’s project standards.

Skillset

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
Mandatory Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator, ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITAM, ITSM, and ITOM with a focus on Discovery and cloud management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, web technologies (XML, HTML, AJAX) and networking (TCP/IP).
Proficiency in IT Service Management processes, relational databases, Active Directory, and SSO technologies.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
Experience in IT or Software Asset Management is a plus.
Fluency in French or Spanish is a bonus.
