ServiceNow SecOps Developer

Our client, a global Digital Transformation organization, are hiring a ServiceNow SecOps Developer to join their New York team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing efficient workflows, offering guidance on best practices and assisting customers in creating sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• As the ServiceNow SecOps Developer, you will leverage your skills in ServiceNow and Security Operations to optimize client workflows.

• You will design solutions based on ServiceNow SecOps capabilities and industry best practices, ensuring they meet customer needs.

• Develop user stories and train customers in creating acceptance criteria, testing strategies and knowledge transfer while guiding reviews and approvals.

• Collaborate with product development teams to offer feedback and drive product improvements.

• Participate in co-delivery projects with partners, providing guidance on best practices.

• Lead complex engagements, offering deep expertise across one or more workflows.

Skillset

• Minimum of eight years of experience working in a professional services setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in leading security operations consulting engagements.

• CISSP or equivalent certifications are a must.

• Certifications as a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Developer.

• ServiceNow Vulnerability Response Implementation Certification and ServiceNow Security Incident Response Certification are a plus.

• Proficiency in JavaScript is an advantage.

• Strong independent project management and creative problem-solving abilities.
