Our client, a growing healthcare company, are hiring a talented ServiceNow Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) Developer to join their team remotely on a six-month contract. The successful candidate will work cross-functional teams to enhance supplier onboarding, management and performance evaluation processes, ensuring greater efficiency and accuracy in all supplier-related activities.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow SLM Developer, you will be tasked to develop and tailor ServiceNow applications and modules specifically for Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM).
  • You will design and implement workflows, forms and reports to enhance and streamline supplier management processes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems to ensure smooth data flow and accurate supplier information.
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues related to SLM applications and workflows.
  • Perform testing and validation of solutions to ensure high quality and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support and training for users on the SLM module.

Skillset

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.
  • At least three years of experience in developing and administering the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) or similar workflows.
  • Knowledge of ITSM/HRSD.
  • Experience with third-party integrations into Workday.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist are a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, data imports, workflows, reports and integrations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing custom workflows, forms and dashboards within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Ability to gather business requirements and effectively translate them into technical solutions.
