Location: Galway (Remote within Ireland)
Day Rate: DOE
Duration: 9 months (temp to perm option)

An exciting opportunity has come into Alldus to support an international software company who is a big player in the healthcare sector. They have an immediate need for a skilled IAM Architect to join the global Cybersecurity team. The initial engagement is for a day rate contract but there is an option to transition to a permanent employee thereafter.

Responsibilities

Work with leaders and teams to define IAM architecture that meets current and future business requirements.
Develop infrastructure and service solutions, from initial concept through to deployment, supporting both cloud and on-premise environments.
Set IAM vision, establishing standards and practices that guide the organization’s IAM framework.
Research and apply advanced IAM tools, including Conditional Access Policies, OAuth, MFA, PAM tools, and SSO, to enhance system security and efficiency.
Ensure the IAM environment meets accreditation standards like SOC2, NIST, and ISO27001, and regularly audit IAM compliance.
Act as a technical advisor, supporting teams in troubleshooting and implementing automated solutions to complex issues.

Skillset

10+ years in IAM architecture/engineering, with a deep understanding of IAM design, architecture, and deployment in complex environments.
Strong grasp of IAM technologies, including Directory services (e.g., Entra), RBAC, SAML, IGA, and cloud/on-premise IAM architecture.
Proven troubleshooting capabilities and ability to create automated solutions for high-impact issues.: Ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments with cross-functional teams and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with audit standards such as SOC2, NIST, and ISO27001.
Certification: Entra Architect – Professional or equivalent, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar.
FedRAMP: Experience working within FedRAMP-certified environments is a plus.
