ServiceNow - Business Analyst / Process Consultant

Our client is a global consulting firm and they are hiring a HRSD Business Process Consultant to join the team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise and strategic insight to develop scalable, secure and innovative solutions that meet client needs and align with the company’s long-term objectives.

Responsibilities

As the HRSD Business Process Consultant, you will design ServiceNow solutions that achieve both immediate and long-term goals while ensuring compatibility with third-party systems.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing clients and project teams with guidance on best practices, customization and overcoming technical challenges.
Liaise with project managers and development teams to manage implementation, translating design concepts into effective solutions.
Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other systems to automate workflows and optimize business processes.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance ServiceNow responsiveness and efficiency.
Partner with leadership on resource allocation and project timelines, ensuring successful project delivery.
Design secure solutions in line with compliance standards, working closely with security teams to maintain robust protections.
Develop comprehensive technical documentation and share best practices across the team.

Skillset

Minimum of five years of experience in technical roles, including workflow configuration and business rule development.
At least one year of experience implementing CIS – Human Resources.
At least one year of expertise with ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and integrations.
Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
CIS – Human Resources and CIS – IT Service Management certifications.
U.S. Citizenship required to meet federal government contract requirements.
Eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
