Our client, an innovative IT Services organization, are hiring a Sales Executive with a background in ServiceNow to join the team in Houston, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and promoting a high-performance sales culture in alignment with the company’s growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • As the Sales Executive, you will create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at securing new enterprise clients.

  • You will be responsible to expand relationships with existing clients through renewals and upselling.

  • Guide, develop and motivate a skilled sales team, nurturing a culture of teamwork, responsibility and continuous improvement.

  • Apply your industry knowledge to pinpoint opportunities and challenges, keeping their approach both proactive and adaptive.

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific needs and positioning the company as a valued partner.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure their solutions meet the changing needs of clients.

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators, empowering the team to achieve and surpass revenue goals.
