Our client, a leading media company, are hiring a ServiceNow Consultant/Architect with deep expertise in ITOM and Top-Down Pattern Service Mapping. This role focuses on designing and implementing service maps, optimizing the CMDB and accurately mapping service dependencies across complex applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement top-down service mapping solutions
• Enhance CMDB quality and ensure precise service dependency mapping
• Support horizontal discovery and CSDM alignment

Skillset

• Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM, with an emphasis on Top-Down Pattern Service Mapping or Tag-Based Service Mapping
• Solid background in CSDM and CMDB management
