Our client, a global ServiceNow Elite Partner based in Texas, are hiring a ServiceNow Architect to play a pivotal role in designing and implementing solutions across the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on HAM and SAM modules. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives, translate them into efficient ServiceNow solutions, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of ServiceNow solutions, specifically within the HAM and SAM modules.
- Define and drive best practices for Hardware and Software Asset Management on the ServiceNow platform to optimize the lifecycle of assets and improve cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, assess the current state of IT assets, and develop roadmaps for improvement.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and compliant asset management workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, ensuring data accuracy and seamless asset tracking.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on ServiceNow platform best practices, and create technical documentation for processes and configurations.
- Stay current with ServiceNow platform upgrades, new modules, and best practices, ensuring our solution remains up-to-date and highly effective.
Skillset
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including at least 2 years specializing in HAM and SAM.
- Proven track record of successful ServiceNow architecture and solution design, ideally within an enterprise setting.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Asset Management modules, including asset tracking, inventory control, lifecycle management, and software compliance.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems and managing data across multiple sources.
- Strong understanding of ITIL practices and their application within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in HAM or SAM (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM) or IT Business Management (ITBM) on ServiceNow is a bonus.
- Prior experience in the tech, financial or healthcare sector is a plus.
