Are you interested in helping a growing AI enabled Healthtech company 
build and scale out their engineering org? 

Helping to spot operational and technical gaps within engineering 
allowing the business to scale up their engineering with minimal 
effect on the day to day? 

If so the HealthTech company we are partnered with have built and found product market fit with their AI enabled tool for Clinicians. They are revenue generating and ready to scale up with the right Engineering Leader in place.

What do you need to be successful? 

• Managed and built a team as an Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering in a startup environment (ability to get on the tools when needed.)
• Ideally experience in an engineering team that have built Mobile based products like on iOS (AI products an advantage) 
• Technically still strong on the tools staying close to the heartbeat of engineering.
