Our client, a global IT company specializing in software solutions, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join their Las Vegas team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing their ServiceNow platform, as well as streamlining Incident and Service Request Management systems across multiple divisions.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Developer, you will support data cleanup efforts and map users to appropriate roles within ServiceNow.

  • You will ensure the seamless integration and functionality of Incident and Service Request Management, aiming to enhance usability for thousands of users.

  • Assist in configuring, testing and deploying the Employee Center.

  • Enable and improve self-service capabilities within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Manage the deactivation of inactive users in the system.

  • Collaborate with the Asia-based ServiceNow support team to address time zone challenges and facilitate rapid change implementation.

  • Contribute to the long-term development of the ServiceNow platform to better serve the needs of multiple divisions.

Skillset

  • Proficiency in ITSM, GRC, Asset Management and CMDB applications.

  • Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) integration with sys_user.

  • Skilled in managing data cleanup, mapping users to roles, and deactivating inactive users.

  • Experience with ServiceNow’s Employee Center and enabling self-service capabilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills to address platform usability and data management challenges.

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Discovery and Virtual Assistant configuration is a plus.
