Our client, a premier ServiceNow partner, are hiring a ServiceNow Project Manager to join the team in Boise, Idaho. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget and the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • As the ServiceNow Project Manager, you will lead, plan and execute multiple ServiceNow implementation projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client goals and timelines.

  • Engage with client stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations and ensuring high satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, set milestones and achieve project goals.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as necessary to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Track project budgets, prepare financial reports, and ensure projects stay within scope.

  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes and best practices, leveraging ServiceNow implementation expertise to enhance quality and efficiency.

Skillset

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, including a minimum of 2 years overseeing ServiceNow implementation projects.

  • Certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is a bonus.

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD) and their implementation processes.

  • Proficient in project management tools with a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with a focus on a client-centric approach.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, timelines, and resources.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
